Drizzt Do'Urden The Hippie Drow Elf Ranger

PERSONALITY Drizzt is a teenager by elf standards, and it reflects in how he interacts with the world. Part of him feels he is invincible, or at least, he goes into battle with abandon, fighting fiercely. Another part of him worries about how people perceive him and his heritage, knowing that many will consider him evil by sight alone. Above everything, he has a desperate need for acceptance and an incredible capacity for compassion. He loves people. He loves children. He loves books. He loves writing in his journal. He loves animals, as all rangers do. Drizzt wishes to defend the weak and helpless, to protect them from the forces of evil. Just hearing someone may be in trouble will send him running to help. Most of all, Drizzt treasures his friends above everything. They are the reason he continues living every day and the very things that give his blades purpose in battle. Drizzt will and has traveled to the ends of the world for the sake of a friend, and will continue to do so until his life is finally extinguished. Take heart that he is on the side of good!

ABOUT Your normal hippie drow elf ranger with a gentle heart & twin scimitars ready to defend the innocent from evil! And then he'll write about it in his journal about how it made him feel. Also, he has a giant 600 pound black panther friend named Guenwhyvar; she's cool. APPEARANCE Drizzt is a handsome male drow elf with lavender eyes, a thick mane of long white hair just past his shoulders, and ebony skin. His build is slender, and he is about 5'4" and 130 pounds. He wears a cloak, armor, and a belt that holds his scimitar sheaths and belt pouches for carrying things. Drizzt looks like late teenager, although he is still quite young by drow (elf) standards. He still has light sensitivity to the brightest of light, but he has adapted to the surface, so expect too see him with his cloak hood back more often than not. He has been pulled from a point in his canon where he has been working and living on an old school ship. Which means no baths. Which means he stinks, but less than a human male, because elves are magical like that or something. I'm not sure. And because he likes hanging out on the very tip of the boat, he's been sprayed by brine, basically making himself into a salt lick. There are splotches of salt on his skin, especially a splotch or two encrusted on his cheek and more on his cloak, and his hair definitely has plenty of dried salt in it, too. Drizzt needs a serious bath. And now he's clean and smells nice, thank the gods! Also a hair cut, because he doesn't really take too good of care of his thick mane. Dead ends are a thing. Deep conditioning is necessary. He's a gross hippie elf, I am sorry. His hair still needs desperate help, but at least it's clean and somewhat better off than it was.
